COSMO CERTIFICATION TRAINING FAQs
How much time will I need to invest each week during certification training?
- On Average, leaders and coaches spend 2.5 hours per week for prep and development between classes.
- Collaborative virtual learning takes place for 90 minutes each week.
- So, in total, learners invest about 4 hours weekly to gain a universal model and skills that will benefit them and everyone they influence for a lifetime.
- Note for the first week of each course, we suggest planning 3 hours of prep.
What's the process to get certified?
- First: Successfully complete 2 Courses: Leading & Coaching with the CSOMO Advantage & Expanding Your COSMO Advantage.
- Second: Pass Your COSMO Certification Exam and Apply.
What’s the financial investment?
Do you offer payment plans, scholarships, or discounts?
