Jerri Ann Jensen

Jerri Ann’s journey from training horses in the barnyard to leading in the boardroom taught her the meaning of hard work and courageous living. Her authentic approach disarms pretense and invites people to live freely and learn alongside her. Jerri Ann’s years of helping leaders develop personally and professionally through mentoring, training, counseling, and coaching embedded in her a heart a passion to see people walk into the fullness of their potential. This passion and a vision to help people who want to offer the best of who they are to this world do so even more effectively led her to launch COSMO Advantage.
Tami has over 30 years of experience leading and training. She began her career in the public education sector as a teacher, leader, trainer, and coach with a passion for implementing research-based best practices to help others grow personally and professionally. She thrives in helping leaders and coaches utilize proven, practical, and adaptive tools to move themselves, their teams, and their organizational mission forward. Tami believes great leaders never stop learning. She considers faith, family, and friends to be her greatest treasures.
Julius Ceazar Cacas
Technical & Administrative Assistant
Julius’s professional journey began as an online freelancer, where he lent his expertise to various companies across different projects. However, his career took an exciting turn when he became a valued member of the COSMO Advantage team. From the moment he joined, Julius has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of COSMO Advantage, working closely with Jerri Ann to achieve remarkable outcomes. His contributions and dedication have proven instrumental in the team’s achievements and the company’s overall success.
Todd (CFRE) has over 25 years of fundraising experience. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Development at Texas State University. Throughout his fundraising experiences with missional organizations and higher-ed institutions, Todd has invested time and heart into developing the next generation of fundraisers. Todd’s involvement with COSMO Advantage started from the onset with an investment in capital funds, as well as, roles as gopher and janitor. Todd enjoys cycling and good dad jokes.

This Swiss Army knife of frameworks (that emerged through spiritual revelation while studying the scriptures) can be used in nearly any business or life situation. It’s a simple, powerful framework that equips individuals and organizations with a lens to view problems and goals. It helps them quickly assess what’s happening, what matters, what’s needed, and what’s next until desired results are achieved.
COSMO makes strategic initiatives and the pivots needed to reach them actionable and attainable. COSMO-centric practices also provide coaches, leaders, and everyone they serve a common language and tools that make accomplishing what matters easier. As we train professionals in the performance model it’s like they learn to swim with the current rather than against it.

WHAT IS COSMO?
THE COSMO ADVANTAGE
COSMO is an acronym for a thinking system, a methodology that emerged from the scriptures and codifies all human achievement. Anytime individuals are growing or pursuing goals, these 5 categories – Clarity, Ownership, Structure, Momentum, Outcomes – are at play and need to be given thoughtful attention.
COSMO was developed by paying attention to patterns found in biblical stories and autobiographies, patterns that demonstrated the ways leaders in history helped their people grow and achieve. Those same patterns exist today. Leaders are still leaders and people are still people. This model has been tested in leadership and coaching circles for 25 years and proven useful for accomplishing anything. So we train leaders & coaches to use it for everything.
