Jerri Ann Jensen is a Kingdom-focused executive leader with over 25 years of experience developing and coaching leaders across industries, academia, and ministry settings. Specializing in holistic development, her company's services equip faith-driven professionals to achieve lasting, transformational impact. 

During her tenure with The Navigators, Jerri Ann served in missions, staff development, and as the first staff woman on their Board of Directors. She has authored several Bible studies, spoken to audiences of up to 1,000, launched multiple faith-based leadership programs, helped launch a counseling center, and now serves as an advisor for two non-profits.

Jerri Ann is the founder and CEO of COSMO Advantage, a company offering ICF-accredited professional development through a Bible-based framework for faith-driven leaders and coaches. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Wyoming and multiple coaching certifications.
